What is the commission rate?
PKWORLD charges 12 percent on every confirmed booking. Most other OTAs charge 15 to 18 percent. There are no monthly fees, no listing fees, no setup fees. You pay only when a guest actually stays.
How fast do I get paid?
For Pay at Property bookings, the guest pays you directly at check-in. For online bookings, we transfer your payout within 7 days of the guest checking out. You can choose JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or a regular bank account.
What happens if a guest does not show up?
Mark the guest as a no-show from your dashboard. PKWORLD reviews the case within 24 hours and protects your revenue based on the rate plan the guest booked. For our Saver rate (non-refundable) you keep the full amount. For Flex or Smart rates we follow the cancellation rules shown on the booking.
Do I need a website or special software?
No. The PKWORLD dashboard is your website, your booking calendar, and your guest inbox in one place. Works on any phone or laptop. No installation needed.
What if I am already listed on Booking.com or Agoda?
You can list on PKWORLD too. Many of our partners use multiple platforms. Our dashboard helps you keep prices and availability in sync so you do not get double-bookings. Our commission is lower than the big international OTAs, so PKWORLD bookings are more profitable per stay.
How long does it take to go live?
Most hotels go live within 24 to 48 hours after signing up. Our team reviews your photos and pricing quickly, helps you fix anything that needs improving, and turns on your listing.
Can I cancel my listing later?
Yes, any time, no charge. Pause your listing for the off-season and turn it back on later. Or remove it permanently. No contracts to break.
Who handles refunds if a guest cancels?
PKWORLD handles refund processing directly with the guest based on the rate plan they booked. If a Flex rate guest cancels in their free window, we refund them. If a Saver rate guest cancels, we keep the payment and pay you. You never deal with refund logistics.
What kind of hotels can list on PKWORLD?
Any legitimate paid accommodation in Pakistan. City hotels, boutique guesthouses, family-run lodges, hill-station cottages, valley homestays. Your property must have proper rooms (not just rented houses), basic amenities, and pass our verification check.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contract, no minimum commitment. Sign up, test it for a month, decide if it works for you. If you stay, we grow together. If not, you walk away with no fees owed.
What if I get a bad review?
You can publicly reply to every review on your listing. PKWORLD does not delete honest bad reviews, but we do remove fake or abusive ones after investigation. Most hoteliers find that a thoughtful public reply turns a bad review into a trust-builder for future guests.
Do I have to lower my prices for PKWORLD guests?
Never. You set your own prices. PKWORLD does not force discounts on your rooms. You can run promotions or flash deals if you want to attract more bookings during slow periods, but they are always optional and fully in your control.
Who answers when a guest messages me through PKWORLD?
Guest messages go directly to you, through the PKWORLD dashboard and as a notification on your phone. You reply in Urdu or English, whichever you prefer. For complicated cases (refund disputes, payment issues, language gaps with foreign guests) our WhatsApp helpline team can join the conversation and help mediate.
