Making a booking through Pkworld is easy!

Once you have selected your destination, preferred property, number of guests, and number of nights, you will be prompted for payment details to confirm your booking.

You need a valid Credit/Debit Card, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer, to Book Online. If you choose Pay at the Property then upon arrival your payment will be handle by the property directly.

You will receive an on-screen confirmation of your reservation which you should print and bring to the property. You will also receive a confirmation email to your email address.

* However, please be aware that some bookings types and some properties require payment in advance so make sure to read the House Rules of the property you book!

Yes! There are some hotels that will allow you to pay for your room with cash. However the property will have this clearly displayed what method you can pay with on arrival, either cash and/or credit/debit card.

You’ll find your payment confirmation in your confirmation email. From the email there is also an option to download a payment confirmation PDF.

Lost your confirmation email or didn't receive it? No problem! If you have a Pkworld user account, you can also find your confirmation under the 'Booking Details' page in your account. Once you click on the "Confirm" button, it should only take up to 1 minute to receive confirmation of your booking on screen. If you have waited a few minutes and have checked your spam folder but still can't find the confirmation email, simply contact us at [email protected] and we can resend it to you! Also, you can print your booking by the clicking on 'Print your booking button'

To cancel your booking:

  1. Log into your Pkworld account by clicking here.
  2. Select your booking from user dashboard and go to booking detail page.
  3. Click on “Cancel”

As soon as you click “Cancel”, the property will be automatically notified of your cancellation. You can cancel up to 24 hours (unless otherwise stated) ahead of your arrival date; after this date has passed, then it will not be possible to cancel online. Cancellations after this time are considered a late cancellation or no-show and additional charges may apply.

Free Cancellation Booking:

The latest time you can cancel is shown on your confirmation email and is in the property’s local time zone. In order to get your refund, you will need to cancel online through your Pkworld account. Please note that due to a large number of cancellations, there will be a significant delay in getting refunds processed.

Non-refundable Booking:

Once you hit “Cancel” the property is alerted to your cancellation. The property are still entitled to charge you in full for your booking, even in the event of cancellation.

Yes, you can make changes to your stay date. However, it is depends on availability for the date you have selected to change to.

Sometimes, you are expected to pay taxes and charges upon arrival. If this is the case, the amount is stated before you book and in your confirmation email. If no amount is stated, you should not pay anything upon arrival.
